Theodore F. Claassen
Formerly from Colorado, Mr. Claassen moved to the Phoenix area in 1984. He is past president of Biltmore Realty and Development, Inc. and in 1987 he formed TCI Properties, Inc., investing in various real estate ventures. His background in both real estate development and finance brings a diversified outlook to MCW. An active member of the Tempe community, he sits on the Boards of the Tempe Convention & Visitors Bureau, and the Downtown Tempe Community Inc.

William G. Was, Jr.
A longtime Arizona resident, Mr. Was possesses over 17 years of commercial and residential real estate finance experience. He has served as Executive Vice President of First Interstate Bank of Arizona, managing the Real Estate Finance and Bank Properties Group. His numerous Arizona-based real estate ventures include Pavoreal at 68th Street and Camelback Road, SkyeTop and Ballantrae at Troon and the East Nine at Scottsdale Country Club.
